The paramount ruler of Idoma Kingdom, Och’Idoma Agaba-Idu HRM Elaigwu Odogbo Obagaji John, has congratulated Senator George Akume, over his appointment as the new Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
DAILY POST reports that President Bola Tinubu on Friday, announced the appointment of the former Benue Governor and the immediate past Minister for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs as SGF.
Reacting, Och’Idoma, in a statement by his media aide and Chief Palace Scribe, Onuminya Samuel Odoba, described the new SGF as a “seasoned administrator bearing on his Civil Service experience, and political sagacity”.

Quoting John 3: 27 “You can only receive what is approved from above”, Agaba-Idu, therefore, opined that, there is no contention when God is involved in a man’s affair.
“HRM finally remarked that H.E Senator George Akume’s fond acronym GSM can now be confidently upgraded to GSM-SGF
